Kileleshwa Massage Spa

Aftercare

Sit, drink, then drive. The session is not finished when you stand up.

Melisa, full body therapist at Kileleshwa Massage Spa on Ring Road

Aftercare is the ten minutes after the table at Kileleshwa Massage Spa, Ring Road Kileleshwa, Nairobi, 0108 744193, open 24 hours. It matters more when you still have Westlands or a dawn checkout in front of you than when you live on the same road.

Water and ten minutes

Sit. Drink. Then get in the car. Light-headed walk-outs onto Ring Road are how people feel foolish, and they are more common after a long full body hour than after a short Swedish. Nobody is timing you out of the chair.

If a driver is holding, we can text when you are nearly dressed. Use that. Do not jump up because the meter is running and then sit in the bay anyway. The five minutes were already in the plan.

Eat if you came in empty. A late Kilimani close plus a ninety-minute table plus an empty stomach is a bad combination for the drive back along Argwings Kodhek. We are not a restaurant. We are also not trying to watch you leave shaky.

Skin, scent, and oil

Oil is wiped. It is not gone. A dark layer is kinder than pale silk if you are returning to a hotel corridor or an office. If you need to look unchanged, say so before the session and we will keep the oil lighter.

If a gel or a scent does not agree with you, message the same night. We keep the note so the next visit is cleaner. Discovering it on the drive to Parklands and telling us a week later is how the same bottle comes out again.

Shower here if you want. Towels are in the room. A shower is especially useful after nuru, before you sit on a hotel car seat. Say if your skin runs dry and you want less product left on.

The next booking

If you want the same therapist, say so before you leave. Names are the scarce thing, not the building. June and London cover more of the late board. Specialty names book in smaller windows. A maybe next week is not a hold.

Tell us what to repeat and what to drop. Pressure, a skipped zone, a quieter room, a longer neck. Those notes are more useful than a star rating you might never write. We would rather hear the correction in the corridor.

If something felt wrong, say stop was not respected or the clock was not the clock, say it before you go or on WhatsApp that night. A 24-hour door only stays orderly if the rooms do. We would rather lose a rebooking than guess.

Getting back to your estate

Kileleshwa neighbours can walk. Still sit if you feel light. Riverside is short and still needs a awake driver. Lavington, Hurlingham, and Kilimani are fine at night if you used the right road on the way in. Parklands is the one that punishes a rushed exit into Westlands lights.

Match the ride home to the same last turn in reverse and book the next hour on the longer full body clock if sixty was not enough. Melisa when you want that full body pace again is a name worth saying before you reach the car.

If you are going back to a shared flat, take the extra towel minute. Oil on a couch is a worse story than five quiet minutes in our chair. Neighbours on Ring Road can walk home and still benefit from sitting first, especially after a ninety-minute full body hour.
